On April 16, 2021, the next scientific seminar of undergraduates and doctoral students “Scientific achievements of young Scientists” was held at the Research Institute of Law at the Department of “Jurisprudence and International Law”.

The seminar addressed the problematic topics “Civil law regulation of non-profit organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan: the main directions of improving the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, speaker Fariza Kambarova, 1st year doctoral student of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Sarina S.A.; “Problems of combating corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, speaker Mukanova Meruert Serikovna, 1st year Master’s student of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Ospanova D.A.; “Problems of the prosecutor’s office in the development of digitalization of the criminal process”, speaker Kamila Yedikovna Dumchebaeva, 1st-year master’s student of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor G.T. Alaeva; “Protection of Intellectual Property rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, speaker Isa Suleymanuly Seitov, 1st-year master’s student of the specialty “Jurisprudence”, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Sarina S.A.

The seminar covered a wide range of current issues, from criminal and criminological measures to combat corruption crimes to improving legal measures to protect intellectual property rights. Of particular interest and discussion were the problems of digitalization of prosecutor’s supervision and pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases.
